The purpose of this study is to describe the population of SDTP participants at WRNMMC between January 2012 and March 2017, to better understand the demographics and characteristics of those who participated in the program as a adjunct therapy. To achieve these aims, a retrospective study examining the treatment notes and medical records of all participants was approved by the WRNMMC Institutional Review Board (IRB). Populating this retrospective dataset will lend itself to further examination of different cohorts of participants, including patterns of common diagnoses, healthcare utilization, medication needs, and other outcomes (as available) that may be associated with participation in the SDTP.
